Welcome to the Shafer family web page.
about us
The Shafer family have lived in Canada for more than 100 years. With German roots they have settled in the
Kitchener-Waterloo area --- the home of the second largest Octoberfest in the world.
Ruth Shafer still calls Kitchener her home. Murray Shafer passed away in 2007. Cathy Shafer (their daughter) is married and lives in Conestoga
with her husband and 2 daughters.
George Shafer (their son) lives in Ottawa with his two kids Daniel and Sarah.
